Traffic Management Trainee
In March 2012, SEP are looking to take on new recruits in TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT. The successful candidates will attend training courses in Traffic Management, where you will gain recognised LANTRA qualifications .
After completing these courses there is work available through until the end of September with at least 40 hours of work a week.
Duties will include the following:-
- Assisting in the implementation of the Traffic Management Plan at outdoor events.
- Installation of temporary event signage and traffic lights
- Production of event signage
- Internal duties at events as & when required.
- Loading & un-loading
Requirements
- The job will require working at our base in Boroughbridge & away from home for a number of days at a time.
- You will need to be self-sufficient when travelling away from home.
- The work will involve long hours, some weekends, some evenings & some bank holidays.
- A driving licence is essential, ideally with the ability to tow.
